Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to the Site. Each service linked from the Site, such as Voiloid, is governed by its own privacy policy.

The Site does not require registration, and simply browsing it does not give us personal information such as your name or email address. The Operator collects the following information:

• Your name (optional), email address and message, sent through the contact form
• Your name (a nickname is fine), email address, Discord username, preferred roles, how quickly you can reply, when you're available, your time zone (if you apply from the English page), whether you are an adult or a minor (and, for minors, whether you have a parent or guardian's permission), date of birth (optional), languages you speak (optional), how you heard about us (optional), URLs such as GitHub or a portfolio, and what you write about yourself, sent through the application form for joining the team
• Access information automatically recorded by the hosting provider to deliver the Site (IP address, browser type, date and time of access, pages viewed, etc.)
• Browsing information aggregated for analytics (pages viewed, referrer, browser and OS type, country or region, page load speed, etc.)

We use the information only for the following purposes:

• Replying to your inquiries and contacting you for that purpose
• Reviewing applications to join the team, emailing applicants for more details, and inviting those who join to our Discord server
• Delivering the Site reliably, preventing unauthorized access and responding to outages
• Understanding how the Site is used and improving its content and speed

The Operator does not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

The Site uses services from Cloudflare, Inc. for delivery. Access information is processed by Cloudflare for delivery and security, and the content of the contact and application forms is processed by Cloudflare to deliver it to the Operator by email. For details, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, Cloudflare's analytics service, to understand how the Site is used. This service does not identify or track users with cookies or similar means, and browsing information is aggregated in a way that does not identify individuals.

To prevent automated submissions to the contact and application forms, the Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile. To check that the sender is a person, Turnstile collects information about your browser and device, which is processed by Cloudflare. The check runs without showing anything on screen. The Site does not use any advertising services.

The Site does not use cookies to identify or track users. To remember your display theme (light or dark), it stores only that setting in your browser (local storage). This information is never sent to the Operator, and you can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

The Operator takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of the information it collects. Inquiries and applications are deleted appropriately once they are no longer needed for replying, contacting you and record keeping.

If you would like your personal information disclosed, corrected, its use stopped or deleted, please contact us using the contact details below. After confirming your identity, we will respond in accordance with the law.

The Operator may change this Policy when necessary. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
