Terms of Use

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference between this version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the website "rebuiler" (rebuiler.dev, the "Site") operated by Sutaten (the "Operator"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to the use of the Site. Each service introduced on the Site is governed by its own terms of use (for Voiloid, the Voiloid Terms of Use).
Article 2 (Copyright, etc.)
Copyright and other rights in the text, images, logos, designs, programs and other content on the Site belong to the Operator or the rightful owners. Copying, reposting, modifying or distributing them without permission beyond what the law allows, such as private use or quotation, is prohibited.
You are free to link to the Site. However, please do not display the Site's content as if it were part of your own site (for example, inside a frame).
Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)
When using the Site, you must not:
- Violate laws or public order and morals
- Place an excessive load on the Site's servers or network, or interfere with its operation
- Access the Site without authorization, or attempt to do so
- Infringe the rights or interests of the Operator, other users or third parties, or defame them

- Do anything else the Operator considers inappropriate
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
The Operator takes as much care as possible with the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information on the Site, but does not guarantee them.
The Operator is not liable for any damage you suffer from using, or being unable to use, the Site, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Operator.
The Operator is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Site.
Article 5 (Changes, suspension and termination of the Site)
The Operator may change the content of the Site, or suspend or end the Site, without prior notice.

Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan as the court of first instance.
